Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing Windorion (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. What Windorion does

Windorion monitors publicly accessible posts and discussions across third-party communities (such as Reddit, Hacker News, and others you connect), identifies messages that may indicate buying intent for your product, scores them, and helps you draft and copy a suggested reply.

Windorion does not post on your behalf, send messages, or take any action inside third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for any outreach, reply, or contact you make using information surfaced by the Service.

3. Accounts & sign-in

You sign in using a third-party identity provider (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the underlying account you use to authenticate and for all activity that occurs under your Windorion workspace.

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected third-party platform.
• Send spam, harassment, or deceptive, misleading, or unsolicited bulk messages to people surfaced by the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or in any unlawful manner.

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (including anti-spam and marketing regulations) and the rules of each community you engage in.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period and renews at the then-current standard rate unless cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace reverts to the free tier. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party sources & content

The Service surfaces content created by third parties on platforms we do not control. We do not own, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of that content, and your use of it is subject to the originating platform’s terms and the rights of the original authors.

Connected integrations are provided by their respective owners. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Windorion, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and configuration you create in your workspace (such as saved leads and notes). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals, scores, or drafted replies will be accurate or lead to any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windorion, Inc. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity on a free account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
